quick question

What are the little bubbles that are in the cycling brown algae?

Most likely nitrogen gas trapped in the algae, is it mainly on your substrate?

... maybe nitrogen, but that's not what I found.

The brown algae is growing on everything even my LR and the bubbles are on the darkest spots. Just hoping for good cycling news

No worries, typical scenario. Now if this was 6-8 months later, it's a different story.

It's probably a little of both, I wouldn't argue with trapped oxygen.
