Mold

I just did my first wet test of my new JBJ 28, and after draining it I'm not able to get all of the water out. Am I okay to just let it evaporate at this point, or should I be concerned about potential mold growth?

The towel has been washed before, will that hurt the tank?

That would have been my first choice, however we are all out of them, and the closest convenience store is closed.
