Can someone explain to me what the difference in my lights is? I have two white lights and two blue lights. Whats the difference and when should they be used?

One is daylight, one actinic blue. The daylight is better for growth, the actinic is a bit better for color. Most do a dusk/ dawn with the blue, and run the white ones somewhere in the middle
