Periwinkle snails.
I have noticted the periwinkle snails on eBay. What is everybody's thoughts. Are they safe and do they eat algae or are they a waste? Thanks to everyone.

i was wondering the same thing! they are from a sellwe from nova scotia if its the same one ive seen! i read a few comments from his feed nack and still as mixed feelings on it,

hi
not sure if you tried the peri wrinkles after or not but I did, I live 5 minutes away from an abundance of these snails and I gave it a shot. ive had them in my tank now for at least 2 months. they are pretty good cleaners as well. but I am seeing some dye off now. not sure if I put to many in or not and now the food supply is low. i put about a 100 in and well im only seing aprox 20 dead. hope this help you |
