Drums and Fish Tanks

OK, I play drums on a semi professional basis. I wanted to jam in my living room and suddenly thought about our Aquarium. Will loud noise such as drums and loud guitar amplification stress out and/or harm our fish friends? Should I not do it at all? A little in the blue here... using caution... haven't done any jammin' at this point.

Current Tank Info: We have about 5 Aquariums, with our largest being a 46 gallon bow front FOWLR. The rest are freshwater.

Drums

I have my tank set up in the family room and about 10 feet away, a drum set. I have been playing them without problems and or incidents.

I think the SPS grow faster. Almost to my count! LOL

There have been studies on plants with music and the growth rate, Don't know about reef or fish tanks though.

Back when I had a roommate he had a drumset next to the aquarium and he would lay a furniture blanket over the tank(it was his tank) while he played to help lesson the vibration on the glass....we don't know how much if any affect it had but it seemed like a good idea for the shock aspect....we also had our hanging wine glasses above the bar vibrate out of the rack when he played and they were further away then the tank
