how do i clean salt/hard water from corner flo

hello, as the title says , how do i clean salt/hard water that is on the corner flo, i have bought a used tank and it came with it, is oxi clean safe to use?

I wouldnt use anything but vinegar water to clean a fish tank. Anything else could have chemicals that will carry over to your tank when you put water in it.
