cloudy water

Got up this morning to find cloudy water - what causes it and is it dangerous to fish and what to do about it? Thanks.

Possible bacterial bloom! Perform a partial water change and run carbon....Should clear up soon.

All fish and inverts accounted for?

What I'm concerned about is does the bacteria bloom consume oxygen enough to deplete the oxygen for the fish & verts?
