White specks - Looks like spiders

I have these white spots showing up on the glass in DT as well as sump. They look like spiders or maybe a tick but white. When I can get a good pic I will post. Just trying to get ahead of it if it turns out to be a problem.

Any pics? Do they move or are they seemingly fixed to the glass?

No pics - really can't get one where they are clearly noticeable. I haven't noticed them move (yet)...

Do they look like the thing in this photo? If so, they are a type of hydroid jellyfish. They can be common in newer tanks but usualy go away with time.

This is close but it has more body but fewer legs/arms/appendages

if it looks like that, then it's probably a hydroid. they will go away with time. mine were much smaller and had less legs than that but I definitely had them. I don't know where they went, but I only see 1 or 2 now and again.
