Weighing down dosing hoses?

Ok, this is a stupid one but I'm sure i can't be the only with this problem. I just set up my 2 part dosing system. I got some dosing pumps from BRS and the 1/4 line in the 2 part jugs curls up and will not sit on the bottom of the jug. I'm trying to think of something I can attach to the end of the line that will not react or rust but weigh the line down to the bottom of the jug.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

You can get rigid airline tubing that should work. I simply drilled a 1/4" hole through the top of the clear gallon containers the BRS chemicals come in. Pull the tubing straight and cut to fit.

ok you guys aren't getting it... it's the line in the jug that is curling. there isn't anything in the jug to attach the line to without putting a hole in the jug. I don't want to put anything in there that will become dirty or corroded. I use to have a plastic strainer weight that i used on my chlorine dosing pump line for my pool that kept the line at the bottom of the jug. Those were expensive and for that system. I'm wondering if there is something that this hobby uses instead.

I took a piece of PVC pipe and zip tied it to my line for my ATO. Line now sits on the bottom and empties out the whole jug.

I have looked for something like this as well with little luck. In the RC world they are called 'clunks,' like the one below, but i think they are not really salt water friendly. I would have thought something similar exists in resin or plastics...
