Are my lights on too long? Or, is it just right?

Below is my light configuration for my apex controller.

If Time 07:30 to 09:30 Then BlueUP
If Time 09:30 to 19:30 Then ON
If Time 19:30 to 21:30 Then BlueDOWN

If Time 08:30 to 10:30 Then WhiteUP
If Time 10:30 to 18:30 Then ON
If Time 18:30 to 20:30 Then WhiteDOW

My highnoons or, my equivalent to metal halides, come on for about 5 hrs a day.

Let me know what you think of the config. Is the light on too long? What changes, if any would you make? I appreciate the input.
