Need identifying something...
Ok I tried a forum search but dont even know what to search for. I have a few of these things. They kind of almost look like a small rock tube with a worm-like creature the size of a clothing thread that comes out of them and moves around and goes back in. Dont know what they are and if they are harmful or bad news...please help.

You can also check here. Sounds like maybe spinoid worms. Harmless detritivores.
