that guy is friggin awesome. i had a problem a few years ago with a 4 way...he stayed on the phone with me for at least 30 minutes telling me how to take it apart, what each part did, locate the problem and took my order for the repair part. i called him back for help on reassembly at it was another 15-20 minutes. great guy for sure, products are expensive, but well worth it.

I thought he was a jerk.
I tried to work with him on a new build along with the big tank builder out of Canada. He had lots to say in the beginning, liked to hear himself talk and give his opinions on the industry and the right and wrong way to do things. Had some interesting things to say about you fellas here on RC as a matter of fact. Then he just dropped communication and wouldn't return my calls. Apparently he was too busy to deal with a potential new customer.

In the end I'm glad I decided to take a different route with my tank and not use his product and use EcoTech instead. Obviously it was the right move.
