I have a 4 bulb Current Nova fixture, do I buy 54w bulbs for it??

Someone gave me this fixture. I am not sure what to replace the bulbs with,54w's or 39w's? I would like to replace the two actinic bulbs. They are very dim and atleast 6 months old.

I like Premium aquatics.
Foster and Smith are good for longer bulbs and things like salt because of their shipping prices.

if they are dim, look to see if they are 420nm bulbs. they will appear to be dim due to the color spectrum. nothing to worry about
