What the F oam

Changed out filter pads last night which also act as a phosphate remover and when i turned system back on skimmer is acting a fool constant overflow and millions of micro bubbles from outflow are the pads the cause or is something wrong with skimmer Bubble Magus NAC7 Cone with Atman 2500 Needle wheel Worked like a champ before last night. I turned it off for evap reasons but will I have to let it run and correct itself. Thanks

bump its still happening need some help cant run skimmer should i do a major water change
