LED driver questions

Looking at say:

Inventronics 1100mA 50w model to
Meanwell ELN 60-48D

I get the Meanwell is a 60w and 48V and adjustable mA to 1.3A (1300mA)
The Inventronics is a 50w and and 48V and fixed at 1.1A (1100mA)

Both can run say 12 XP-G CW LED's...

Say the RB's have 3.5fV.....

How do you determine the max number a driver can run on 1 string.

# or LEDS x the fV at the given mA..right?
13 x 3.5 (1100mA) or 45.5V so safe for the drivers.....with a little wiggle room.

No what exactly is or does the Wattage of the 2 drivers matter. One has 50w and one is 60w???
