How to plug a unused bulkhead?
I got a sump today that has a bulkhead drilled in it that I don't need to use. How do I plug it up?

If you're not worried about the appearence you could get a small piece of glass / acrylic (depending on the tank construction) and sealastic / weld it in place over the hole. My sump is my old DT and thats how I covered the old drain hole. HTH

If it is a hole/bulkhead that you may use some day and don't want to seal it off permanently, put a bulkhead in with threads on the inside, then thread in a PVC threaded pipe fitting and glue on a PVC cap. When you want the use of the bulkhead for something else you can just unscrew the PVC fitting and you're back in business.
