ro di meter reading help

Ok so I have always had a meter to check disolved solids in my water but now I have an inline tester on my rodi system. It let's me pick in and out options. The out is obvious after the di but what about the in. Is that before or after the ro?

Roger

You will still need to know what your tap's TDS, so you can figure out if your RO membrane is still operating within its stated rejection rate. That is one of the reasons I prefer a handled one.
