About 5 or 6 inches long... got him to help with a green algae problem i am fighting. He is a pig he has not stopped eating since i placed him in the tank he has eaten some algae and maybe is sucking algae off the snail shells but i am pretty sure he has swallowed some. They are dwarf ceriths, well the way he is eating i may have my algae problem solved What a cool fish he is loving it in the tank.

What do most people feed them?

I feed my tangs, one of which is a naso, IO marine blend gel food, flakes, and a steady diet of nori. I will occasionally give them trimmings from my refugium macroalgae. They constantly graze, so I leave the backglass alone and they keep it clean of algae.

Here'a cool trick for your naso. Hold the food in between your fingers just under the water, and that naso will come up and eat from your fingers. After a few times, just stand in front of the tank. He will do all kinds of tricks. He will work for his food! .
