Help me with my 60 Gallon square build please

I have a 60 gallon cube with a 25 gallon sump and built in refugium. I have never had a sump or refug. I am about to move my fish and corals over to this tank and i know i have buy a few things. I am going to list out a few things i am looking to buy. Please help me not miss anything and any suggestions are welcome.

I already have two wireless MP10s btw.

AquaController Apex Jr - (I have never had a controller) Suggestions on what to make sure i have with this? Do i really need the display? What probes are a must?

Aqua Illuminations SOL Blue LEDs
Controller
Hanging kit
Mounting rails

JBJ NANO Glo 4 LED
Refugium Light - This is like 60 bucks, anyone have any suggestions on refug/sump light?

In sump protein skimmer. I need help on this. I like Octopus skimmer, but i am unsure of the size needed for something like this. Help please.

GFO/Carbon Reactor. Never used one of these either. Should i get a combo one that does both, or separate. Any suggestions on which ones?

Anything else i am missing?

Any other things i should look at? Should i just use the sump or is a refugium suggested over just a sump?
