cleaning dead rock....

I have been picking up pieces of dead rock for my new tank and wanted to get some ideas on the best way to clean it. All of the pieces so far are pieces that were in a tank but have been dry for some time now.

If you have a pressure washer, I highly recommend that. You can also give them a good scrub after letting them sit in some water for a few days. If I know the rock is dead, my choice is always a good pressure washer. That's going to get all that surface scrub off. Do make sure the washer hasn't had soaps, waxes, etc. in it though!

I definitely have time to cook. Tank won't be ready for water until mid january at this point and I have a couple of 32 gallon brute cans I can use.
