What's this on my mushroom?

Hi all,
I noticed these clear/brown discs on one of my mushrooms a few weeks ago.
They seem to change positions on the mushroom and are slowly multiplying, but they haven't moved to any other mushrooms. Also don't seem to be bothering it at all. What are these?
TIA.
Kind of hard to see - but I'm no photographer.

Google flatworms.

I see. Thank you!
This rock has been nothing but trouble (from LFS) -- it's got aptasia on that I've been fighting, and now this. I may just decide to remove the entire rock -- not in love with the shrooms anyway.

Removing the rock likely won't remove the flatworms from the system.

You were right Chris. Just noticed flatworms on my Frogspawn this week (almost a month after removing the rock). I doesn't seem like I have too many of them, but I plan to use Flatworm Exit in order to nip this problem before it becomes a real hassle.

Is this the recommended approach? Can't seem to find any other solutions when searching.
