ice cap 660 not working properly?
Hi guys. I just set up a icecap 660 for a friend about 3 months ago. He said that last night he could smell an electrical burning smell and two of the four bulbs had quit working. He says there is no sign of any wiring burning. So could it be that the ballast might have went bad. Any one had this happen to them? Please let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Also if a bulb were to burn out could it make an electrical smell? I know that one of the bulbs was a bit old. Thanks again!

Just a guess, but if he had fried the 660 all the bulbs would be out, buy a new bulb and try that route.
