reef lighting and corals

not sure if this is the right thread but what kind of corals am I able to keep in a 29 gallon tank standard dimensions under a 155w t5 fixture? Is this enough for most corals or do I need more watts?

I have an Oceanic 29g hqi. The lights on it are hqi 150w Phoenix 14k.
It's hella PAR. Am growing softies, lps and sps.
So we have the same wattage with different bulbs. What color temp are your T5? That may make a difference.
We have the same wattage

not sure what the color temp is but here is the link to the fixture I have. I think its 10k for the whites and blues? I was going to sell it but might be using it now for a reef tank. the 29 is 30" wide and this fixture is 36" so a little will be hanging over the edges.

I picked up a 250w MH fixture. Would that be too much for the tank? it would be about 6" from the top of the tank. It clamps on to the back of the tank, kind of like the viper MH fixtures.
