QT coral, got this brown algea in my QT tank

You can see from these pictures I have this brown algae in my QT tank. The corals are to leave my QT this weekend and go into my DT. What is this brown algae and is it possible to transfer this to my DT if it is bad?. I think this might be my cheap light that is causing this in my QT.

It is hard to tell from the photos. Can you describe it a bit? Is it filamentous? Is it slimy? Do you see goopy bits floating up in air bubbles? Is the flow rather low in the tank?

It is not slimmy. It is brown, flat to the glass. Does not rise. It looks like the green stuff on my DT glass, just Brown.
