Look at my Clove Coral...what's wrong????

My clove coral has been going through ups and downs. I have sen a few worms crawling around it, which I purchased a 6 line wrasse for. It has its good days and bad days.
Can someone tell me what should be done with this coral? A few polyps seem to have died, do you leave these alone or should I trim away the dead area's?

Here are some pics...

What are your tank parameters? Specifically:
Ph
Kh
No2
No3
Sg
Temp

These, and flow are the first places to start. How much flow do you have on them?

Parameters are:
Ph:~8.1
Kh: not 100% sure
No2:0
No3:<.5
Sg:1.026
Temp:79
They were in flow not looking so good. Then I moved them lower and they really filled in again and lately since I moved them they have been attracting small worms on it and it is also not in direct flow either. Very low flow.

I was just wondering if I can cut the dying/dead polyps off and if it would help it grow?
