Sick clown fish

My clownfish is sick . She has not been eating for a few days. She shakes her head side to side when she trys to eat. She was also scraping herself on the sand. I was hoping it was just stress from a tank transfer, and she would be fine in a week or so. But it seems to have gotten worse today when the lights are on she has a few little white flakes on the top of his body near her head. Am I correct to assume this is flukes? I have read freshwater dips should cure her. What is the recommended way to get the dip to the proper temp? And baking soda is fine to match the PH?

Flukes are worm like looking, without a picture it's hard to tell, but it sounds like ich. Your best bet for treatment is to remove the clown to a hospital tank and treat with copper or hyposalinity.

How much deeper would the ocean be if it didn't have sponges?

I am trying to figure out if the spots I see are flatworms, or scales that have been knocked out of place from scratching on the sand. I do not have a hospital or QT tank for treatment right now

I have seen many fish with ich, and there spots do not looks like ich.
