Clear dino's or something else?

So yesterday I was doing a waterchange I noticed a few bubbles on the back of the tank and on a few rocks so I changed the carbon and blew off the rocks with a baster. Today I come home from work and my skimmer is going nuts, filled in a day and there are clear webs floating everywhere in my tank. The sump is full of snot stuff that seems to have tan pieces in it along with lots of bubbles. All this nasty stuff happened overnight. The webs and bubbles are only on the algae in my tank also. All the nusicance algae in the tank that has the webs stuck to it is kinda turning a little bit clear like its dying (I added a bunch of rowaphos in my reactor last time I filled it). At first I was thinking that the algae went sexual because it was starting to die, but I am not sure if that algae does that or not. Then I thought maybe something spawned but I don't know what that looks like either, plus signs of it were showing a day or two before so I don't guess that would be what it is...
Any help would be great ! Here are a few pics of what I pulled out and what the algae in my tank looks like with some of the webs stuck to it.

This stuff is floating on top of the water in my sump.

My filter socks are covered in clear snot stuff with bubbles all over them, that you can't really pop...

This is a bad shot of the algae that grows in my tank with a little of the clear bubbles and clear web on it.

This is another bad shot of a web with some bubbles in it stuck to more algae.

Wow, I got home today and its on every rock. Its starting to get stuck in corals and everything... My skimmer is going CRAZY, I took the filter socks off because I can't keep up with them, they turn to jelly in a few hours. I don't know what I can do besides change the carbon everyfew days and leave the lights off hoping its dinos. I talked to Pants about looking at it to make sure of what it is but he can't look at it til next year so he told me to find a microscope and try myself, which I will try to do but I am pretty sure its dinos... I guess I can plug in the old reefoctpus skimmer and get two going at once maybe that will help.
