Thinking about ecoxotic panorama for refugium
I am trying to find a solid LED light for my sump. I want something simple that will not take up much space. I am leaning towards LEDs to minimize heat. Anyone use these?

LED doesn't have the spectrum to grow macro algae.

yes, that would work and there is definitely led out that with the correct spectrum to grow macro algae. 6500k would do that trick.

Your post = major fail.
![]() I have grown chaeto and other macros with LEDs for a few years now. The 8k Panorama PRO will grow macro just fine. I have even had great success mixing in some blues.
