Finnex Deluxe Titanium Heating Tubes Question
Do i need to buy the controller, Or can i hook this up to my RKL?

There is no need to buy another controller if you have the rkl. With that said, redundancy is always nice to have.

I don't know but I have a Finnex heter and use their controller with it. If your RKL is capable of running heater I don't see why not.
