DIY LED suggestions

i am upgrading my tank to a 150 gal and i would like to continue using LED's on my tank. i have 2 70 watt pacific sun LED modules on my 90 gallon now and i cant say one bad thing about it. but since im trying to save as much money as possible, i wanted to get rid of the pacific suns and do a DIY LED kit(s) for the 150. but what i am wondering is how many heat sinks should i get and how many bulbs on each heat sink? i am looking to keep sps and LPS. i would like to have them dimmable so that i can control the kelvin look of the lights, like i do with the Pacific Suns. the tank is 72 long x 18 wide x 29 inches high. i plan on keeping zoas and such on the bottom while sps and lps mid to top of the tank.
