Exclamation FOXFACE with wierd green spots!!!

Hey i have a new 90 gallon FO which is almost 2 months old. I currently have 2 clownfish which are doing great they have been in the tank for a month on the 1st of jan 2012. But the foxface has only been there for 10 days. It went through a hard acclimation where he was laying on his side for 5 hours straight not moving. But now he eats All the algae i put in and he has his color and is coming out alot more. BUT now there seems to be spots on him there hard to describe so i included a picture. But there like dark green or greyish and they seem to have MULTIPLED wasnt there when we got him he is doing great eatting really good and acting normal no rubbing against rocks or anything. They dont seem to be coming out of the body either.

They also seem to get lighter when his color gets pale, and darker as he gets his bright yellow color. They also seem to have grown in size any ideas!

Iam SO FRUSTRATED

They started about 5 days ago. The tank parmeters are:

Ammonia:0ppm
nitrite:0ppm
nitrate:40ppm ( working on a refugium ) the spots started when nitrates were 20ppm
Salinty:1.025
Temp:81

Thankz would really help if i can get quick answers because iam trying to add a yellow tang and blue tang (They will be moved to a 350gallon in 2-3 years)

The tangs at my LFS will cost me $350 for both ( canada ) BUT there on sale right now for only $150 for both so iam really trying to get them.

How did you acclimate him?

I'm new, but I never had a fish do what you are describing.

Also, what's your PH?

I acclimated him in a 5 gallon bucket by drip acclimation. The stores salinty is 1.020 and mines was 1.026 so it took around 4-5 hours.

Really frustrated with this need to know before jan 5th

Thankz and PH is 8.4

More info: got a closer look today on one side they have doubled, doesnt look like black ich, its not black at all its more GREEN then anything, He is eating like CRAZY and also swimming normal, acting normal NO scrathing.

doesnt look like fungus either not sticking out of the body at all more like skin pigmentation?

Any ideas guys ? Really need some QUICK help. Really want the tangs on sale ( hard to pull out $350 for 2 tangs )

You should try to describe better the lesions. Do they move ? bumps ?
anyway i think a possibility is Fish Lice (Argulus) as suggested before. At the moment without a definitive diagnosis and since the fish is asymptomatic i would not overreact and just wait the expert opinions...
Ahh and dont rush with the other two fishes. First try to clarify whats going on before adding more fishes to your tank (what about if the disease is contagious?, also you will add more stress to an already diseased fish...).
