What paint to use on glass?
I want to paint the back of my new 90 black. What kind of spray paint should I use? I've never painted glass before so I wanted to get some advice.

I have used the cheapest stuff and fushion I didn't notice a difference. The cheap **** take twice and many cans but i bought like 4 cans at .98 a can and covered my six foot tank and two sides.

Do you want to be able to easily scrape it off in the future? Then just roll on any cheap latex paint. If you want a paint that has a stronger resistance to scratching off or in water use then I have found krylon fusion for plastic bonds really well to glass and is safe for use in the water if needed.

I had a can of gloss black rustoleum in the garage. I just slapped it on with a paint brush. it took two coats before I couldn't see brush strokes. Don't worry about runs, you'll only see then from the back. Let it dry a few days and you're good to go. Good luck.
