Salifert Alkalinity Test Kit (Results averaged after 3 tests) 11.5 dKH.
Hanna Alkalinity Checker HI 755 (Results averaged after 3 tests) 9.8 dKH.

Alk test kits are notoriously inaccurate.

make sure you've got clean tubes rinsed with tank water before testing with the salifert. if there is any dry tap residual in the tubes the hardness of the tap water can read up to .35 meq/l or 1.0dkh higher.
No experience with the hanna alk meter though, sorry! may be safe to assume you are somewhere in the 10.5 range
