RO/DI Unit
What is the best RO/DI unit without breaking the bank?
I need to pick one up, and I'd like to keep it under $200 including shipping. I'm battling a GHA war, and this is going to put me over the top.......I hope. I've looked at the SpectraPure line, and they look good at good prices. Thanks for any help. Steve |

I bought from The Filter Guy's several years back, they have excellent customer service.
I have the Ocean Reef + 1 for $199,it's a nice quality built unit.JMO http://thefilterguys.biz/ro_di_systems.htm |

BRS or Air, Water & Ice are good as well. Any ro/di system is only as good as the filters and membrane and di resin. The rest is just dressing. Pressure guages and tds meters are nice to have, but you don't need 3 of each like some systems that go overboard.

Air, Water, & Ice systems look good, but at $30 shipping it kills the deal.
BRS, Marine Depot, and SpectraPure all offer free shipping, and the systems are all in the $190-$200 range for the features I'm looking for. Any others to look at? I wish Lowes had something, I have a gift card I could use on it there. Steve |

Does AWI off any specials for forum members?
If they had free shipping, I would order their system right now. Steve |

I saw that one, but it doesn't have the meter on it.
I'm leaning towards the Air, Ice&Water model for $189.....has everything I'm looking for. Steve |
