Eels are very odd creatures, my Snowflake Eel would go for weeks without eating & then want fed every day, I used a series of straws fashioned together with a piece of freeze dried krill in the end to feed it, sometimes it would eat 7-8 large krill, other times just a few, it would scavenge for other food as well, never bothered it's tank mates but it was anything but regular when it came to eating, I wouldn't fret too much, they have been reputed to go 6 months without food & survive, so.....

I had one for about a year and was trying everything at first untill i stumbled upon fresh shrimp from the grocery store! I would cut each shrimp into a few pieces then use a feeding tube to get it down to him, use one at a time freeze the rest, but only get a couple at a time they expire quickly. My snowflake loved the fresh shrimp but a varied diet is best. Squid pieces work well too(frozen).

IMHO it's not eating because you are feeding it nasty food. I would definitely follow the frozen-grocery-store-seafood advice, and NOT the keep-trying-to-feed-it-flakes-for-six-months advice. My goodness. Six months, really? SMH.
