Can someone ID this for me?

I bought a frogspawn a few months ago with this tube protuding on one of the stocks. Well, the tube has gotten longer and is a web-like substance comes out of it all the time. Now those tubes are showing up on my snails and starting to bother me cause I have those webs showing up on my rocks.

(located on the top of the shell)

(located on the top of the shell in the middle)

(located on the bottom branch pointing upward)

I could be wrong, but I think the tubes you are talking about are tube worms commonly known as feather dusters...

There is a web that comes out of the tubes.

They are not feather dusters.
