Have you seen this pump

I have this Quiet One 5 pump made by Fasco it has a 1'' inlet and a 1/2'' outlet. Has anyone used one before it states that it pumps 900 gallons an hour.Any thoughts or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I dont know much anything about external pumps except that I ran a quiet one external on a 125g years ago and never had any issues with it.

I fired it up tonight and had such a big leak it took me a couple of hours to clean it up, faulty plumbing on my part, tomorrow I will have made enough SW to get everything up an running. The pump seems very loud kinda of like a air fan pushing too much air. This pump says it is a pond pump, not a big deal Laguna are pond pumps also. Thanks Jim: thus pump seems different from the new generations Quiet One pumps kinda of school.
