A reputable company?

Looking in purchasing a lighting system from aquacave any opinions about this company would be great. Thanks

It's one of the few flaws of the site. He can't see the vendor experience forum because he hasn't hit 50/90 yet.

I've never ordered from them personally, but there are a couple of members on the local forum that have ordered from them and I have heard good things.

...and that puts me 1 closer to 50

I rate aquacave up there with MD for customer service and product selection.

Order frequently from them and never an issue for me.

They are a good company, I have ordered from them dozens of times. They are not always the fastest shippers and their communication can be iffy at times, that's where 90% of the complaints come from. They usually ship out within 2-3 days. I've done returns also that have gone smoothly.

Yeah I've ordered from them a number of times and never had an issue except the fact that when I bought the apex they didn't have the standard grade ph probe in stock so they gave me a lab grade instead for the same price

Most fish stores open at noon so that makes sense.
