How much weight can my 75 G stand support
I'm putting a 90 G on a 75 G stand I got a couple years ago. Will it support the 1000lbs or so weight when everything is added. I bought the stand from a LFS it's made from 1" thick x 4" wide. I suppose it will do the job but i just wanted to make sure

You will be fine, the commerical stands are made to hold both 75 an 90 gallon tank since they are the same footprint. Another way to think of that 1000 pounds(thats on the liberal side) is by pounds per linear feet. Each foot of the tank will be only holding 100 pounds
