420nm vs 460nm

Which one is better at growing coraline algea? Also any tips on growing it in my live rock curing bin.

Either will provide the needed light, but the more important thing is to have the proper alk, mag and calcium levels.

I shoot for alk at 7-9 dkh (i try to avoid larger than +/- 1 dkh daily swings)
calcium over 400
mag over 1300
