Think he's a gonner *VIDEO*

This is the smallest of my three Cardinals. He has always eaten but always been a little off. I've had him around a month. If you see in the video he is kind of floundering. Sometimes he will do a complete flip. I am not sure what is wrong with him. Any ideas?
