lighting question?? aquapod hqi

ok so next week im about to purchase a used aquapod 12 HQI with stand live rock clown paired anenome leather coral snails hermits, heater light timer surge protector. first off is this a good deal i know the item is discontinued soo kinda old i dont mind as long as the fundamentals are there. i'll be buying a skimmer to in the near future thank you

and also the lighting on the 70watt HQI details on the link

anyone familiar with this lighting if it penetrates the water strong enough for sps or will i be needing a upgrade???

i dunno nothing bout the 70watt one but i have somewhere around my house a single 250w and i think they work pretty well and are well built.
