Is 5K LED Flood Lamp good for Cheato Sump?

I have a question on the suitablility of a 5K deg K LED flood lamp for use in a sump to grow cheato. Does this fall within the photosyntethic wavelengths needed for plant growth? I thought I remember reading 5600 deg K was the lower end of the spectrum...

A 3K or 4K will work as well. Algae and plants do better as you slide to the Red spectrum.
