Vertex Zeovit Reactor

Has anyone gotten one of these with a pump that was wrong. I remember seeing a thread with people saying that they got one that had a pump that was half the flow rating of the advertised one. But dont know where I saw it at when researching. Which if that was the case, wouldnt be enough flow for most systems. Anyone had any problems? I am thinking this is the one I want, but not if the pumps are wrong. And no offense to vertex (I have several of there products)...their customer service is lacking.

This is the frist I've ever heard of these being shipped with the wrong pump before?

As far as customer service goes for Vertex, they ask that the reseller handles warranty for them in most cases. Vertex has always replaced us with any products / parts that we've sent out to customer's under warranty.
