Want to keep sea otters

Hello everyone this is my first post. I recently started admiring home aquariums and was wondering how many gallons it would take to house sea otters and anything else they are comparable with. Money is no object and I have a lot of room. Is 300,000 gallons too much or too little?

You can not own sea otters unless you have a permit and the permit takes 2 years to obtain.otters are also very needy animals they take a lot of care to keep healthy also they are not that friendly in all honesty. but 300,000 I am sure would be plenty considering some aquariums don't even have tanks that size.

My guess is first check with the Dept. Natural Resources. They can probably get you pointed in the right direction.
