RODI Flush Question

When I flush my RODI unit I get drops of water out of my DI. Is this normal, I was under the impression that when you flush your RODI unit no water whatsoever should be coming out of the DI.

My systems with flush kits do this too. A little bit seems to be normal.

Seems normal. I still get a small bit of output from DI while flushing. There must still be a little bit of pressure through the waste valve forcing some water on through the membrane.

+1 Even when flushing there is still a little pressure across the membrane, which creates the drips of good RO water.

So what do you do with the water that comes out if the DI while flushing. Do you throw it out or do you use it for the tank.

LOL, how long are you flushing? 30 seconds to a minute a week is all you need to flush, you couldn't have more than a few drops of RO water to worry about, just leave the water outlet tube in your collection bucket while you flush.
