I'd vote 1250 or sicce 2.0. I'm starting to think the sicce pumps are even quieter than eheim. Ever thought about the SRO1000? I've been really happy with mine, but it is up a little in price from the cheaper lines. The sump saver version is a small foot print. I had mine in a sump that size.

I'm considering some of the same options in my 40 breeder build. My thought is to go with Eheim 1260 if you plan to run any reactors off of your return pump. I'm leaning toward an SWC 120 skimmer with the Eheim 1260 and plan to run carbon and gfo off of the pump. I think if you don't run reators, the 1250 would work great. That Sicce 2.0 looks interesting too.

Here's my build thread:

I have the NWB 150 and a Mag 7 pumping trough 2 3/4'' returns and I am pleased with the result. Same set up as yours 40b display and a 20l sump.

I hope it's okay...I'm doing a 65g with a 20 long sump and also picked the NWB110 and Eheim 1250. I should know in a week or 2 when I do my plumbing.
