scraping rear of biocube?
Is there a how to? Am I suppose to scrape from the inside or outside?

I might be in the same boat as ryeguyy in asking back wall? I don't see any reason you would need to scrape the back of the tank on the outside of the tank. If you are talking about scraping the inside of the back wall, then just grab that scraper, use some elbow grease and clean it up. FWIW, I don't scrape the back wall of my tank...I let the coraline algae grow over it because I like the added color in the tank.

not the back wall - sorry, the back of the tank itself. Where the 3 chambers are. I seen people scrape the rear and mount a lights for refugium, but it feels like plastic to me and not glass - im not sure if I should scrape it - even though i seen pictures of em all over the net, wondering how and if I should.

Ahhhh okay for a fuge... My hqi already has the paint off from the factory. From what I hear you just scrap it off but I've never done it. Have you looked into a submersable light?
