Need some help setting up a 90???

I am going to pick up my 90 gallon corner tomorrow. It has a 40 gallon sump. I dont know if the sump is baffled or not. I need to buy everything else. I have a 34 gallon Solana and I plan to use the Reef Keeper and Tunze ATO. Thats about all I can use. I need to get an idea of what I need. I am on well water and have a water softner. I have a Spectrapure OSPDI 90 gpd ro/di. I was told to get a carbon block and sediment filter to put before my OSPDI. My TDS untreated water was 145, my metal reading on untreated water was .03. I know I need a SKimmer and I dont really know which one or what size. How much sand or live rock I need. How to set up the sump? I plan hopefully to get a MP40. It comes with a 250 MH and 2 VHO 3' bulbs. I will probably change those soon but after I get it set-up. I need to get a return pump. Im getting a mag 9.5 but its old. Anything that you can think of I need shoot. Also if you will put brands and models or rating, that would be helpful.
