could use some help please
90 gal, 30 gal sump. using only a skimmer for filtration. If my tank has been set up for 6 months stocked with 2 clowns, 1 hawk, 1 goby, 4 lyretail anthias(which im aware they need bigger tank, but they are 1.5 inch so nowhere near max size, and i will be upgrading to a larger tank in 2 yrs) Question 1 of 2. My water is kinda merky with particals. Is this due to change of salt in last month? lack of filtration. what could be causing white particals to float in my water, and like a good amount of these white specks stay around my return pipes at the top of the tank. Dont think its pods. just looks like debris of some sort, maybe sand? Also with the more expensive salt my calcium seems to be lower then it had been. and alk is at 11.4....prolly just gonna be trial and error? ok QUESTION 2. Is adding 6 blue greens, and 1 tang gonna be over stocked? I know there are crazy people out there who love to jump on everyone for fish size..but keep in mind i will be upgrading. So in all there will be 10 fish that schoolish together..6 chromis, 4 anthias. then 2 clowns. and a goby to clean up my sand a bit, and a hawk to perch in the mid area of tank. and then 1 main fish. is this reasonable? if they are all smaller sized with room to grow? thus far my nitrate is 0, and amonia, and phos. Are there any reactors? or machines similar to a skimmer that will remove waste for a tank that is stocked full that i could consider getting? and is my sump kinda a waste? all i have i macro algae small amount and my sand and rocks in the middle section are kinda dirty looking. water comes down to my skimmer then thru to my rocks and sand heaters macro..then return..maybe this setup is not cleaning my water well? shheww thats alot prolly get 0 readers

what kind of goby, is he a sand sifter. if so, this is whats causing your sand storm. a reactor for carbon is a good addition. specially if you are going to over stock
